I've been looking forward to writing this review since before I even received my pizza because the service was so exceptional. I stopped at Capri Pizza & Pasta with my girlfriend after a long drive from Virginia for a bite to eat and was greeted by warm and welcoming faces eager to serve us. One of the first things I noticed was the cleanliness and interesting industrial decor. It would definitely be a cute location for a date or family dinner. Once we sat down, we were given freshly baked, soft and crispy bread with olive oil and butter on the side. After waiting only a few minutes (the fast service was perfect since we needed to get back on the road), our margarita pizza was brought out. I fell in love with the first bite! The sweet sauce, perfectly melted mozzarella, and fresh basil and tomato was layered on the classic New York style thin crust beautifully, and with the perfect sauce-to-cheese ratio. I'll be dreaming of this mouthwatering pizza for the rest of my life, and hoping some day I'll be able to treat myself to another slice!
